requests will be http gets with the following params ...
- from - msisdn of sender
- to - msisdn of receiver (the text in number)
- msg - utf8 url encoded message
- date - url encoded utc sms date
- network - best effort guess of originating network
- bits - 7 (standard 160 char gsm 03.38 sms) or 16 (unicode sms)
- parts - how many sms' was this message made up of
email
body will be the message in either raw, quoted-printable or base64 encoding,
with the date being the sms date and a number of extra headers (see above for more info)...
